What are some of the Sacred Arts used in Sessions?
Among many different tools, the most commonly utilized in sessions are: Reiki, Astrology, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy, Breathwork, Self-Inquiry Based Therapy and various Somatic Awareness exercises.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is, in essence, awareness and a form a meditation. Becoming aware of each moment mentally, emotionally and physically.. We learn to respond with awareness rather than react. Why is Healing important?
In trauma and other life circumstances we move fast and it is really hard to slow down. We get into a state of hyper vigilance. Everything is so fast with today’s technology. We need to utilize different strategies to slow down which is extremely important part of trusting ourselves to not to be swept up into a current – losing touch of what is our medicine. Healing practices can guide us to our fullest potential.
